Processing Time: All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within Europe.

Express Delivery: Available at checkout for faster shipping (2–4 business days to most locations).

Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our European fulfillment center, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your delivery every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return

Exceptions

Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and certain hygiene items cannot be returned.

EU Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds
