A. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery across France usually takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. During peak seasons or public holidays, please allow up to 7 working days.

A. Most orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Same-day dispatch may be possible depending on stock availability and courier schedules.

A. Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders above €80. For orders below €80, a flat €6.90 shipping fee applies across France.
